5. Artwork Listings and Sales

  • 5.1 Sokari showcases artworks for sale on the site, either directly from artists or as part of curated collections.

  • 5.2 The prices for artworks are listed in GBP (British Pounds) and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

  • 5.3 Transactions are considered complete only when payment has been processed, and the artwork has been shipped or delivered to the buyer.

6. Payment Terms

  • 6.1 Payments for artworks must be made via approved payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment platforms (such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

  • 6.2 All payments must be processed in the correct currency. Currency conversion may apply for international buyers.

  • 6.3 You agree to pay all applicable taxes, duties, and charges as required by UK, including VAT or sales tax, customs duties, and shipping fees.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • 10.2 Artists retain copyright over their artwork unless otherwise agreed, but Sokari has the right to display, sell, and promote the artwork as outlined in the Artist Agreement.
