How Sokari is Supporting Social Mobility Through Art
For us, supporting social mobility means embracing initiatives that make art and its associated careers accessible to everyone. For instance, our current partnership with AMS Talent Lab is focused on creating work experience opportunities in multiple low-income regions in the UK. Through multiple fundraising events, the AMS Talent Lab team is aiming to generate much needed money for the King’s Trust Million Makers scheme but ultimately to inspire and open opportunities to many young adults.
To support this initiative, 10% of the proceeds from sales in December 2024 and January 2025 will be donated. Additionally, Sokari is hosting a fundraising art exhibition on 18th January 2025 with 10% of sales benefiting the cause.
